About The Position

The Owner's Representative/Project Manager will oversee aviation, mission-critical, or healthcare projects, ensuring that client needs are met through effective project management and representation. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aviation, mission-critical, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with contract negotiation and management.

Responsibilities
