About The Position

The Owner's Representative/Project Manager will oversee aviation, mission-critical, or healthcare projects, ensuring that client needs are met through effective project management and representation. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aviation, mission-critical, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering and consulting teams to align project goals with client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and compliance with specifications.
