We are a small carrier seeking owner operators to lease on with us. Our focus is on providing great loads primarily in the South and Midwest regions. We prefer drivers who have hazmat endorsements due to the availability of high-paying loads, but we are also open to drivers without hazmat. Our operations involve out and back runs with minimal deductions, ensuring a straightforward and profitable experience for our drivers. We offer online orientation, a tag program, and a fuel card to facilitate your operations. You have the flexibility to choose your lane and home time, allowing for a work-life balance that suits you. Most of our drivers take home between $3,200 to $4,500 weekly, depending on their performance. We do not enforce forced dispatch, and our freight is dry van with no touch required.
