The position offers a dependable team that helps you stay moving and earning.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Active MC & DOT authority.
• Own a 48'–53' Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Step Deck trailer.
• Provide proof of insurance and up-to-date compliance documentation.
• Willingness to run OTR or regional freight in the 48 states.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own truck and operations as an independent contractor.
• Choose your loads and lanes without forced dispatch.
• Work with dedicated dispatchers who prioritize your loads.
• Utilize 24/7 dispatch support for assistance with route planning, paperwork, and rate confirmations.

Benefits

• Average gross revenue for Dry Van: $6,500–$8,000+ weekly.
• Average gross revenue for Reefer: $7,000–$9,000+ weekly.
• Average gross revenue for Flatbed / Step Deck: $8,000–$9,500+ weekly (and sometimes higher).
• Two dedicated dispatchers assigned to your truck, managing no more than seven trucks each.
• Rate negotiation and broker communication handled for you.
• Flexible dispatch rate based on your needs.
