About The Position
JRV Logistics is seeking Owner Operators for dry freight transportation with a focus on providing a supportive and transparent work environment. We are a company owned and operated by experienced drivers, dedicated to ensuring that our operators have full control over their movements and the opportunity to thrive in their careers. Our operations are based in Tampa, FL, and we offer both OTR (Over-the-Road) and regional routes. We welcome solo drivers as well as teams to join our fleet. As an Owner Operator with JRV Logistics, you will benefit from our full self-dispatch program, allowing you to manage your own loads and schedule. We provide fleet-maintained dry van trailers, and you have the option to bring your own trailer if preferred. Our company covers essential costs such as trailer insurance, maintenance, DOT inspections, ELD (Electronic Logging Device), PrePass, factoring, and dispatch services. We also offer fuel discounts to help maximize your earnings. Our dispatchers are compensated on commission, ensuring that they are motivated to help you succeed. You will receive weekly settlements via direct deposit, and we have streamlined the process for submitting Bills of Lading (BOL) through your smartphone. We also reward our drivers with bonuses for clean roadside inspections and referral bonuses for bringing in new drivers. Our compensation structure is competitive, with Owner Operators earning 85% of gross revenue and 100% of accessorials. Our top drivers are making between $7,000 and $8,000+ gross weekly, and we have consistent work available throughout the year. If you have a reefer trailer, we encourage you to bring it along!
