NOW HIRING: Experienced Owner Operators – Flatbed & Specialized Heavy Haul Join a premium carrier moving everything from sweet potatoes to rocket ships across all 48 states. We’re looking for proven Owner Operators with flatbed, step-deck, RGN, and heavy haul experience who want strong weekly earnings, consistent freight, and the freedom to run your business your way. ⭐ PAY STRUCTURE 3-Axle Tractor: 65% of Linehaul 4-Axle Tractor: 66% of Linehaul Add Trailer: +9.7% to +11.7% (based on axle count) Max Payout: 77.7% Linehaul Revenue 100% Paid: Fuel Surcharge, Detention, Tarps, Stop-offs, Layovers 💰 EARNINGS Weekly Gross Revenue: Average $5,000/week NET Weekly Take-Home: $3,200–$3,400 (after insurance & deductions) Annual NET: $165,000–$195,000 Extra: $3,000/year Safety Bonus Potential 🚛 FREIGHT TYPES Flatbed, Step-Deck, RGN (6–9 Axle), Gooseneck, Stretch Specialized Heavy Haul & Oversize Repositioning, High-Value & Escort Loads No-touch freight Mix of drop & hook, with most drivers keeping an assigned trailer 🏆 SAFETY BONUS – Earn an Extra $3,000/year Requirements: No accidents or claims Attend 1 safety meeting per quarter Maintain $15,000+ quarterly revenue 📉 WEEKLY DEDUCTIONS (If Using Company Services) Performance Escrow: $50/week (caps at $1,000) Plates & Permits: $110/week (first 20 weeks) ELD Rental: $20/week Optional Insurance: Physical Damage: $64/week OCC/ACC: $38/week Bobtail: $10/week Non-Trucking Liability: $38/month 🏠 HOME TIME Typical: 7–10 days out No forced dispatch – run as much or as little as you choose Minimum: 1 load per month 💸 PAY Same Day Pay via EFS or direct deposit 🧭 ORIENTATION 2 Days: Tuesday (9–5 EST) & Wednesday (9–4 EST) Location: McDonough, GA or remote via Zoom $1,000 Orientation Bonus Lunch provided during in-person sessions 🎁 BENEFITS & PERKS Fast setup – escrow & deductions begin Week 5 Fuel Card w/ 40% fuel advance at pump PrePass & EZ Pass availability “Text Care” online doctor for the whole family – $10/month Flexible trailer options 24/7 dispatch support Choose your routing & fuel stops 🛠 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS Must be ELD compliant (we use Motive ) TWIC not required but beneficial 🗺 RUNNING AREA All 48 states
