About The Position

Simply put, we serve as the bridge for customers to get more of what they want and need. A key platform within our ecosystem is launching ready-to-operate retail and food service locations. We are seeking applicants to become Owner-Operators to independently operate and grow these locations. Requirements

  • Must have the legal right to establish and operate a Limited Liability Company (LLC) (or equivalent business entity)
  • Proven leader, skilled in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Resilient, adaptable, and committed to long-term success
  • Motivated by autonomy, financial freedom, and building something meaningful
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations including staffing, customer service, inventory, and performance goals

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of operational experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or multi-unit operations
  • Experience as a former Owner-Operator, Store Manager, General Manager, or Assistant Manager
  • Knowledge of store operations including inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and customer service
  • Comfort with technology-driven workflows (POS, reporting dashboards, online ordering, delivery integration, etc.)
