About The Position

The Owner Management Land Tech/Analyst role is vital to the set-up and maintenance of the Company's owner records as well as acting as liaison between the Company's Call Center and Land Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably Land-related, and customer service. Special focus will be placed on reasoning skills to determine owners' issues to be addressed, attention to detail for data entry into land system as well as for audit purposes, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, resolving routine ownership issues, opening, sorting, distribution and scanning mail, and the ability to maintain composure while dealing with difficult owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business-related field preferred.
• High School Diploma with related work experience also considered.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Patient demeanor when interacting with owners.
