About The Position
The OWL BAR SERVER position at Sundance involves ensuring that the server stations and floor, including the patio, are set and ready for service to the Sundance standard. Responsibilities include completing designated opening and closing tasks, maintaining a neat and clean appearance in compliance with health codes, and wearing a complete, clean, designated, wrinkle-free uniform and name tag. The server will warmly greet all Owl Bar guests, inform them of daily specials, signature drinks/dishes, and personal recommendations, and enter orders in the point of sale system. The role requires knowledge of Utah liquor laws and responsible service of alcoholic beverages. The server will also prepare and serve drinks, learn the food and drink menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for bar guests.
