About The Position
The Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) at Owens Corning is designed to prepare candidates for technical or engineering roles within manufacturing facilities while providing early leadership training. Participants will engage in a comprehensive 24 to 30-month program that includes rotations in technical, operations, and maintenance areas, ultimately leading to a full-time position as a Manufacturing Engineer or Technical Leader.
