We're an energetic team looking for a Branch Manager to guide customers on their financial journey. We're a people-focused company looking for an Overstaff Branch Manager to lead and support a team dedicated to helping customers reach their financial goals. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities, including travel between branches for training and business needs.
This is a traveling role, with the expectation that you will work in different branch locations during training and as needed to fill in for branch staffing shortages.

Responsibilities

Facilitate excellent customer service, leading team members by example toward customer care.
Thoughtfully manage team members - directing, mentoring, and delegating their daily tasks.
Address customer needs holistically, from pairing them with the right loan to assisting with taxes.
Thoughtfully sell new & existing World products to help customers meet their financial needs.
Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and talents of your branch team.
Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
Foster relationships in the community that organically drive loan & tax business to the branch.
