About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Oversight Program and Continuous Improvement Analyst [DOE0104103] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Oversight Program and Continuous Improvement Analyst [DOE0104103] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years CI/quality experience; DOE preferred.
  • BS/BA; quality/CI certifications helpful.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certifications desirable.

  • Experience in Environmental Management Sector.
  • Functional and technical area expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Lean/Six Sigma, track metrics, implement corrective actions, conduct process mapping.
  • Develop and implement oversight programs, preparing documentation and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiencies within the Hanford site.
  • Assist program and project management support in daily business activities.
  • Develop DOE process improvement dashboards.
