Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Overnight Warehouse Supervisor to lead our weekend warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing a small team while ensuring all equipment, supplies, and vehicles are cleaned, organized, prepped, and ready for the next day’s events. This is an active leadership role — you will be working alongside your team, not just directing from the sidelines.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, catering, food service, or event operations experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory, shift lead, or team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a small team and maintain productivity during overnight hours
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • High attention to detail — able to spot errors before they become problems
  • Ability to lift, push, and carry 50+ pounds regularly
  • Able to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
  • Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (dollies, carts, pallet jacks)
  • Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
  • Dependable, punctual, and accountable — weekend reliability is essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give clear direction

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise 2–4 team members during overnight shifts
  • Set clear expectations at the beginning of each shift and hold team members accountable to productivity and quality standards
  • Ensure all dishwashing, sanitation, and cleaning standards are consistently met and documented
  • Perform quality checks on cleaned equipment and supplies before staging
  • Oversee deep cleaning and warehouse organization to maintain operational efficiency
  • Prepare and stage event equipment, rentals, décor, and supplies accurately according to event pull sheets
  • Verify completeness and condition of items prior to loading
  • Assist with unloading, sorting, and resetting trucks and trailers returning from events
  • Support basic food preparation tasks in compliance with food safety standards
  • Coordinate fleet vehicle scheduling, cleanliness, fueling, and readiness for next-day departures
  • Identify damaged equipment, missing inventory, or maintenance needs and report promptly
  • Maintain accurate labeling, storage systems, and inventory organization
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling
  • Maintain a productive, respectful, and solutions-focused work environment
  • Communicate operational updates, issues, or supply shortages to leadership in a timely manner
