About The Position
Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Overnight Valet Parking Attendants to join our team of customer-focused professionals. You’ll be the first and last impression for hotel guests—providing safe, efficient, and friendly valet service during overnight hours. What You’ll Do: Greet guests warmly and professionally during vehicle drop-off and pick-up Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, following all procedures Perform basic vehicle inspections and complete claim tickets accurately Maintain a clean, organized valet stand and work area Assist with overnight traffic flow, hotel guests’ needs, and property access Provide outstanding service in a calm, composed manner—especially during quiet or late hours Work cooperatively with team members and leadership Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to represent the PMC brand
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
- Reliable transportation and availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand, walk, and run short distances for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Comfortable using communication devices (phones, radios) and mobile apps
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
Responsibilities
