About The Position

We are seeking friendly, professional Overnight Valet Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service as the welcoming face of our hotel. In these roles, you’ll safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while ensuring a seamless, secure, and courteous valet experience—day or night. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable first and last impressions that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years).
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check.
Deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening.
Create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards and enhance the guest experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Effectively adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities.
Remain flexible and professional in the face of unexpected challenges.
Follow instructions, maintain schedules, and complete tasks on time.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment properly to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
Maintain professional appearance, including uniform and grooming standards.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Employees may be required to use personal cell phones for work-related communication and access to work systems or applications.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests, assist with luggage as needed, and create a positive, professional first impression.
Perform thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage and accurately complete claim tickets.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles, following all key handling and safety procedures.
Efficiently manage traffic flow in the valet area to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy or overnight hours.
Overnight Valets will monitor and secure the parking area, respond quickly to guest requests, and assist with vehicle retrieval during late hours.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area that reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
Accurately clock in/out and report gratuities in line with company policies.
Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously, delivering personalized service to enhance guest experiences.
Arrive punctually, dressed in uniform, and adhere to all hotel rules, policies, and safety guidelines.
Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth, efficient valet operations.
Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations.
