About The Position

Overnight Valet Attendant Position Summary: The Overnight Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles during overnight hours. This role requires attentiveness, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a low-traffic, high-responsibility environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred, if applicable)
• Must be at least 18 years old (or per company policy)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay alert overnight
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to run short distances when retrieving vehicles
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred, if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
• Monitor valet area and property during overnight hours
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and locations
• Perform regular lot checks to ensure vehicle safety and organization
• Assist with basic property security awareness (report suspicious activity, etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service at all times, even during low-volume periods
• Maintain cleanliness of valet stand and work area
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
