Position Summary As the Overnight Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location. As an overnight valet attendant you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude.

Requirements

Must be able to run as required by business demand
Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check
Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
Valid Driver’s License
Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance
Be able to anticipate guests needs
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer – learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc)
Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue
Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.
Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training
Secure keys in locked podium/key box
Verifies ownership of vehicles – keys for claim check
Be able to preform and stay organized under stress
Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions
Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
