About The Position

What You’ll Do As a Janitor, you are essential to the NGU campus experience. You will work as a professional university custodian to ensure students and faculty walk into a pristine environment every morning. Your routine includes: General cleaning and disinfecting of classrooms, labs, and common areas. Serving as a dedicated night shift cleaner by pulling trash and dusting. Sanitizing restrooms and maintaining floor care (vacuuming and mopping). Supporting the university mission by keeping the facilities safe, clean, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Lift 35 lbs. repetitively
- Pass background check/drug screen
- A "Friendly Neighbor" attitude and a reliable, high-energy work ethic.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively (required for all janitor placements).
- A preference for night-shift work and a Sunday-Thursday schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a custodian or night shift cleaner is a plus, but we provide all the training you need to succeed!
