About The Position

Casa Capri Recovery is seeking a full-time female Overnight Treatment Technician to oversee day-to-day activities in a supportive environment for women recovering from addiction. The role involves direct client care, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and facilitating various activities and appointments for clients. This position is crucial in providing a nurturing space for healing and recovery, emphasizing community and connection among women.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current RADT-1
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Transport clients safely to various outside appointments and meetings.
• Perform data entry as needed for communication purposes.
• Conform to all necessary quality assurance standards and infection control protocols.
• Assist, teach, and supervise clients with general household chores and cleanliness.
• Complete client rounds and document accurately and appropriately.
• Assist in completing new admission intake procedures.
• Observe client self-administration of medication.
• Conduct drug tests and breathalyze clients according to procedures.
• Inspect company vehicles upon shift change.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Remain awake during all shifts.
• Recognize individuals under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and document as needed.
