As a reset team member, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to reset and merchandise shelves. Your key role will be to work collaboratively with your colleagues resetting sections to approved planogram. Additional job duties include moving, re-stocking, or rearranging product on store shelves. The shift consists of Monday through Thursday from 9 PM to 7:30 AM. You will also direct temporary/part-time workers when needed and work independently to execute category/aisle set plans. This position requires a high level of teamwork when interacting with Kroger, National Food Brokers, and other P.L. Marketing employees. You will apply strong merchandising skills and the ability to read, understand, and implement planograms per Kroger merchandising standards. Operating Kroger equipment in a 'safety first' manner is essential, as is consistently communicating merchandising opportunities to your supervisor. Customer assistance is also part of the role, and you must remain qualified as an insurable driver. Up to 50% overnight travel may be required.
