Here's what the Overnight Shift entails: Cleaning and resetting the store to prepare for the morning rush by wiping everything down, cleaning equipment, taking out the trash. Baking and merchandising baked goods. Prep all coffee and other beverages to be ready for the morning rush Quick & friendly service for the guests (mostly regulars) that come in during the night. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 25 Dunkin' locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin' business since 1979.
