About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Supervisor, responsible for Hotel Night Audit and Guest Services at our prestigious luxury boutique hotel. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift, while providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or business-related education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, handling them with diplomacy and sensitivity.
• Perform accurate and timely night audit functions, verifying guest accounts, and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Manage and maintain the hotel's property management system (PMS) to ensure accurate guest records and room availability.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift, delivering a warm and welcoming experience.
• Contribute to revenue management goals: Run and analysis reports, adjust rates, create new rate codes
• Assist with managing inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for guest amenities, office supplies, and other essential items; order as needed
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests arriving or departing during the overnight hours.
• Monitor and maintain a secure environment throughout the hotel premises, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
• Conduct regular security checks and respond appropriately to any emergencies or incidents, following established protocols.
