About The Position

The primary focus of this position is to provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude, operating a cash register, and stocking merchandise. This individual is responsible for scanning, ringing and/or entering customer merchandise into the cash register, collecting customer payment and delivering appropriate change, bagging, assisting customers with questions or concerns, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with stocking merchandise throughout the store. This position works overnight hours- typically between 10pm and 6am but may vary by store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Scan, ring, and enter customer merchandise into the cash register.
  • Collect customer payments and deliver appropriate change.
  • Bag customer purchases and assist with questions or concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the store.
  • Assist with stocking merchandise throughout the store.
