This position is available across North Holland, South Holland, and South Haven, and surrounding stores, with time spent in each location based on business needs, driven by seasonal demand. The manager is responsible for overall team member engagement for those in their span of care, driving recognition, feedback and coaching, performance management, training and development, and succession planning. They will direct Leads and Team Leaders, while ultimately being accountable for area operations and financials, including shrink, productivity, safety, scheduling & forecasting staffing needs, and team member and customer conflict resolution. The Overnight Stocking Manager will also work to identify and implement process improvements and serve as a steward of the Meijer culture.
