Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Drives Financial Performance and Sales Reviews and evaluates P&L (Profit & Loss) statements. Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Provides Supervision and Development Opportunities Hires, trains, and mentors associates. Assigns duties and sets clear expectations. Provides associate recognition and communicates expectations consistently. Promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace. Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinates and Oversees Activities Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
