What You'll Be Doing Be a Famous culture Influencer: As an Overnight Stock Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life each night. You’ll replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed according to our visual standards and fashion-forward guidelines. With a strong eye for detail, you will rotate stock, align fashion items with different styles and brands, and help create an inspiring, trend-setting shopping experience. Move Products with Purpose: Unpack incoming shipments, process new inventory, and strategically stock the store to support daily sales. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure bold, iconic styles are always available and accessible to our customers. Assist with product reworks and transfers to keep our presentation fresh and exciting. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store
Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed
Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to work overnight between the hours of 9pm and 5am
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time

Responsibilities
