About The Position
Shifts are 10pm-630am on Monday, Friday, and Saturday nights. We're Rosauers Supermarkets, your local neighborhood grocery store. We're all about fostering a local community of food enthusiasts - individuals who get a kick out of exploring our aisles, discovering new foods to add to their pantry. We stock the freshest ingredients alongside a wide selection of groceries that cater to every taste and preference. But it doesn't stop at our shelves - we're here to curate memorable shopping experiences for each customer. Our secret ingredient? Our incredible team who encourages others to be part of these experiences, immersing themselves in the world of food. The Opportunity: Every product on our shelves carries with it an assurance of quality, freshness, and authenticity. As a Grocery Stocker, you play a pivotal role in maintaining this promise. You'll be the force that ensures our aisles are always filled, displays are appealing, and products are easy for customers to locate. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will set the stage for our customers overall shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Enthusiastic and passionate about your work
- Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
- Candidates must be 18+ years or older
- Complete a pre-employment background check
- Ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods
Responsibilities
- Efficiently restock shelves, ensuring products are organized, faced, and rotated correctly.
- Safely unload products from incoming trucks, and inspect deliveries for accuracy.
- Regularly inspect products for quality, removing damaged or expired products.
- Ensure all displayed prices are accurate and clearly visible to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of aisles, back storage areas, and display cases.
- Operate forklift equipment safely, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Assist customers in locating products, offering recommendations when asked.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
- Perform other tasks to ensure the overall success of our company.
