About The Position

We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to the success of WinCo Foods by ensuring our shelves are consistently stocked. Your commitment to maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store aligns with our core values. As an Overnight Stocker, you will maintain and replenish stock in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer purchasing needs. You will also maintain an atmosphere of friendly, courteous customer service with an emphasis on taking care of the customer. Generally, you will work 6-8 hour shifts between the hours of 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Your role will involve seeking opportunities to welcome, engage, serve, and thank customers while ensuring the quality condition of all products. This includes stocking, rotating, and facing products, discarding outdated and spoiled items, and maintaining the stockroom. You will be responsible for cutting boxes in a precise manner and placing small containers on shelves, maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary work environment. Additionally, you will order products, cut cases, stack, price, and mark merchandise. Building product displays and operating related equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks will also be part of your duties. You will perform all job responsibilities with honesty and integrity, and may also train other employees as needed. This position requires a commitment to providing friendly, courteous service to both internal and external customers, and the ability to work varied nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays. You will need to reach, lift, stack, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights, ensuring safe and accurate completion of work activities.
