About The Position

The Overnight Stock position involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintaining a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies and procedures, act with honesty and integrity, prioritize members, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also expected to deliver service excellence to members, resolve concerns, and ensure a safe and positive experience. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized) is required. Team members should also understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club.
• Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage for all products.
• Create labels and/or apply merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensure all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
