About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk is responsible for stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club. This role ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, prioritize member experience, ensure a safe environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly attitude. They also deliver service excellence to members and uphold GOLD Club Standards daily, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled, fully stocked, and has visible, accurate display signage and price tags.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized club environment by performing general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Support and apply all club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Deliver service excellence to members, addressing concerns and ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, embracing inclusion and diversity, and maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
• Understand and utilize departmental production and/or financial performance reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
