About The Position

Requirements

• Two years steward experience.
• Valid D driver's license may be required with a good driving record.
• Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and maintains racks and dish storage.
• Cleans floors and light kitchen equipment. Removes trash and cleans coolers.
• Delivers and stocks plates, glasses, pots and pans for all restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Maintains loading dock area (Little Six Casino) / Assists in Banquets by cleaning or moving kitchen equipment. (Mystic Lake Casino Hotel).
