About The Position
The Stationary Engineer (Controls Technician) is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of pumping, heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and auxiliary plant machinery and equipment within a large, complex, or multi-faceted facility. This role ensures that all equipment, machinery, and systems are functioning optimally, safely, and in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
