About The Position

The Station Clerk is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately handling cash and card transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys a variety of responsibilities.

Requirements

• Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted).
• Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is required.
• Physical requirements include sitting and standing for extended periods of time, frequent lifting, occasionally over 50 pounds, and use of hands and fingers to separate, sort, and count currency and coins.
• Additionally, candidates must be able to take directions well and work within a small, enclosed area as part of a team.
• Must maintain an Oklahoma ABLE (Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement) license and food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-day paperwork, ensuring accurate transactions and correct change is given to customers.
• Assist with deli prep work and specials as needed.
• Handle, prepare, and serve food in accordance with proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked fountain drink station, coffee bar, coolers, and hot box area.
• Inspect restroom hourly to ensure they are clean and presentable including lounge area showers, floors, and walls.
• Regularly clean and keep front entryway unobstructed; cleaning interior and exterior windows as needed.
• Clean and face shelves and cooler doors, rotate and stock inventory, and map floors.
• Must maintain an Oklahoma ABLE (Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement) license and food handler certification.
• Provide exceptional internal and external guest service, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while conducting company business.
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
