We offer same-day deliver through sustainable methods including e-bikes, electronic vehicles, and drones, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Each Full-Time L4 Staff Pharmacist is offered a standard, competitive Compensation & Benefits package: o Estimated total compensation of $140,000 annually o Earn up to $157,000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable) o Wide-ranging Benefits that sets industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy License in state of employment (additional licenses may be - required)
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems
- Exemplary interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality customer service
Responsibilities
- Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
- Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines/procedures
- Document professional communications/interactions appropriately
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness
- Participate in quality assurance activities
- Provide clinical guidance/support
- Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff
- Support interdepartmental communication and workflows
