About The Position

The Overnight Shift Supervisor is a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures, and to support clients in all aspects of daily life, ensuring their needs are met. The Overnight Shift Supervisor is responsible for aligning with the Program Director in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Embark. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly.

Requirements

  • 21+ years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice or minimum of 2 years' experience working in Human Services.
  • Quick decision-making skills and a growth mindset with a focus on Embarks core values.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in management.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year working with adolescent populations is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training

Responsibilities

  • Achieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.
  • Integrate Embark at Greeley culture, norms, and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.
  • Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.
  • Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.
  • Implement and facilitate State required trainings.
  • Collaborate with various work groups.
