About The Position

As an Overnight Environmental Services Supervisor at Mandalay Bay, you play a key role in ensuring the property shines while the city sleeps. Your leadership helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. By supporting overnight operations, guiding your team, and upholding high standards, you help set the stage for an exceptional guest experience each day.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience within Environmental Services department
• Prior leadership experience is preferred
• Experience working in a union environment or managing employees under a union collective bargaining agreement
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift
• Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
• Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities
