About The Position

As a Overnight Security Officer on property, you will be focused on monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to ensure we are providing a safe environment for guests and Team Members. This individual will also look to minimize opportunities for loss or damage. Patrol the property with specified equipment, check all designated points and document all actions taken. Ensure all guest room doors are secured; assist guests and residents with room access. Investigate suspicious persons on property. Conduct designated investigations into theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest and resident complaints; complete documented reports. Respond to the scene of guest and Team Member accidents promptly; administer first aid/CPR; communicate specified information to E.M.S./medical personnel as required. Report to scenes of guests or Team Members fighting. Comply with state regulations and property guidelines for handling intoxicated guests and residents. Resolve safety hazard situations and coordinate towing of vehicles.

Requirements

  • 1-year experience as a Security Officer or equivalent.
  • Valid drivers' license

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a luxury environment is a plus
