Overnight RN Supervisor
About The Position
At Peter Becker Community, we’re looking for a dedicated Overnight RN Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing Department and help us deliver exceptional care every day. As an Overnight RN Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing clinical operations during weekend shifts, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. You’ll lead with confidence, support nursing staff, and foster a culture of safety, empathy, and respect. Peter Becker Community is a faith-based, nonprofit continuing care retirement community known for delivering the highest quality healthcare across Montgomery and surrounding counties. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active PA RN License
- BLS Certification
- Experience in a healthcare setting (Skilled Nursing a plus!)
- A passion for serving the aging population
- Leadership skills and a heart for compassionate care
