Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in Nebraska (required)
• Current LPN license to practice in Nebraska (for newly graduating nurses, we will hire and begin training prior to receiving license) (required)
• Current CPR certification (required)
• No previous experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents recovering from spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries.
• Develop therapeutic plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance resident recovery.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
• Build relationships with residents and their families.
