Pay Range: The anticipated starting pay for this position is $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, with additional shift differential for overnight hours. Schedule: 10:30 pm - 7 am, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Chestnut Health Systems™ is a leading provider of integrated health care services. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use an electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability required if transporting clients

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support clients in residential treatment to ensure a safe and structured environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit, including following food safety standards
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and routines
  • Supervise and engage clients in recreational and leisure activities
  • Accurately document attendance, services provided, and progress notes in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care and program operations
  • Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness
