Overnight Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - On the Bus Route!

Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001 located in Duluth, MN. Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single level living in mind. You have come this far so you must be curious…. what’s different about us? WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours. We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule. Wage depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts. Requirements
- Previous experience is not required
- Must thrive in a teamwork setting
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
- Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Accurately documenting information
- Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
- Following HIPAA guidelines
