Transform into the Ultimate Caregiver: Channel your inner Mary Poppins to provide exceptional personal care, making daily living activities a breeze for our residents. Be the Eagle-Eyed Guardian: Keep your Spidey senses tingling for any changes in residents' conditions and report them faster than a speeding bullet. Embrace your Inner Safety Superhero: Don your invisible cape and identify potential hazards or repairs needed to keep our living environment secure. Join the Care Planning Justice League: Participate in meetings to improve resident care and departmental efficiency – no Batmobile required! Become the Master of the Medication Cart: Channel your inner cleaning genius to keep those carts and supplies organized and sparkling. Be the Communication Guru: Use your superpower of effective communication to connect with residents, families, and team members, creating a web of comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Per the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • High school or Equivalent (GED)
  • One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
  • Proficient computer skills preferred
  • Strong self-management and organization skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (open to change).
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
