About The Position
Qualifications Must have Attention to detail, Organization skills, good communications skills, reliability and ability to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements Must be able to walk, climb stairs Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, twist and turn Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push Must have good near and far vision Must be able to hear, talk, smell Must be able to lift & carry up to 50 pounds Majority of duties performed indoors. Noise level moderate. $29.90-$39.8725 hourly rate Qualifications Job Requirements 1: Check all assigned areas. Promptly report to your supervisor any and all areas that either require special maintenance or are damaged. Throughout the day check your areas for general condition. 2: Check elevators in assigned section-sweep carpet elevator, wipe button panel with dry cloth (pay particular attention to elevator corners), dust baseboards to remove fingerprints from glass door. 3: Clean and sweep entry on 50th and 51st street. Wipe fingerprints off glass doors. Sweep and vacuum if necessary rain mats and saddles to doors 4: Sweep and clean center lobby area wipe down desks. . 5: Dust and clean marble console tops and all chairs in the lobby (including legs of chairs) 1. Clean and maintain restrooms in assigned area. Make sure supplies are stocked, stalls and toilets are clean. Wipe countertops and take out trash.
