Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Wage: $19.50/Hour for first 90 Days, It will go up to $22.27/hour after you get converted to a full time JM employee. Overnight: 6PM-6AM Schedule: 4-5 days a week, must be able to work OT, Weekends, and Holidays. Position Overview: This position is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. The entry level position supports the core team by conducting the following activities: hands stacking product, cutting feet material, sampling product, move materials by hand, use a forklift, empty trash carts, conduct clean-up activities, complete preventative maintenance work tasks, assist with start-ups, monitor production line and begin to learn other key positions (i.e., Level 2-4), understand finished product specifications. All roles in the plant are cross functional and are part of the pay for skills program.
