About The Position

LaMar's Donuts is now hiring full-time Overnight Production Managers. This role involves creating a positive and memorable experience for patrons and employees, maintaining successful business operations, and overseeing the production of delicious donuts from scratch. The position requires working overnight until all products are produced for the business day.

Requirements

• 2+ years of kitchen experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Must be 18 or older to operate equipment
• Kitchen experience not needed but preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and memorable experience for patrons and employees alike
• Maintain successful business operations
• Hire, retain, and mentor team members
• Perform all tasks required to make delicious donuts from scratch
• Take pride in the product being provided to customers
• Stock the front of the store
• Work overnight until all product is produced for that business day
