About The Position

The Overnight Personal Shopper at Kroger is responsible for efficiently filling customer orders in a fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly fill customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Ensure the quality of customer orders within inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational work areas.
• Achieve productivity goals and targets.
• Flex between various operational roles throughout the inbound, outbound, and dispatch work areas.
• Resolve any minor production-related issues or request assistance from Leadership as needed.
• Follow quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience and accurate orders.
• Comply with all operational processes within the work area to drive efficiency.
• Follow all safety and food safety processes and guidelines, reporting any defective equipment or health and safety concerns.
• Provide recommendations to Leadership to encourage best practices and continuous improvement.
