About the position
Syracuse Parking Services is searching for overnight parking staff to work Saturday, August 16 - Monday, September 1, 2025. The overnight shift is expected to be 9pm-6am. This position is for overnight shifts only. If interested in daytime positions, please go to other seasonal parking staff openings to apply.
Responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional overnight guest experience to attendees parking in the facility
- Processing credit card payments using E-Tix machines
- Checking pre-paid parking permit and passes on vehicles
- Assisting guests with directions, questions, and venue information
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time in variable weather
- Must have overnight availability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior cashier experience preferred but not required
- Must be over 18 years old
- This position does not handle cash and may not accept tips
