About the Role: This is a full-time overnight driving position operating a parking lot sweeping truck. You'll be responsible for keeping retail and commercial properties clean and orderly, completing a designated route each night with professionalism and attention to detail. This position requires independent work , strong time management, good communication skills, and a high level of personal accountability.
Requirements
- Must be available to work overnight shifts , including weekends and holidays
- This must be your only full-time job (due to safety and performance expectations)
- Clean and valid driver's license (a driver abstract will be reviewed before hiring)
- Reliable personal transportation to/from work
- Working cell phone for communication
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs . and enter/exit a truck frequently
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Punctual, honest, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Driving a sweeper truck between multiple commercial properties
- Picking up trash and litter by hand
- Emptying garbage cans and replacing liners
- Operating a handheld blower
- Breaking down cardboard for recycling
- General cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Logging in/out of locations using a company-issued tablet
