About the Role: We are seeking a qualified candidate based in the Albany, NY area to service accounts within the local region All routes will begin and end in the Albany area, no commuting to home office This is a full-time overnight driving position operating a parking lot sweeping truck. You'll be responsible for keeping retail and commercial properties clean and orderly, completing a designated route each night with professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• This must be your only full-time job (due to safety and performance expectations)
• Clean and valid driver's license (a driver abstract will be reviewed before hiring)
• Reliable personal transportation to/from work
• Working cell phone for communication
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and enter/exit a truck frequently
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Punctual, honest, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Driving a sweeper truck between multiple commercial properties
• Picking up trash and litter by hand
• Emptying garbage cans and replacing liners
• Operating a handheld blower
• Breaking down cardboard for recycling
• General cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Logging in/out of locations using a company-issued tablet
