About The Position
Supervise overnight housekeeping to maintain established operational standards and maximize guest service and profit for the hotel. Assist in working with & training new overnight employees.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ability to guide, coach & hold staff accountable in a positive manner
- Ability to enforce all company rules and SOPs.
- Strong computer skills & have a core business sense
- High School education or equivalent experience preferred
- Hotel Experience/Customer service
- Valid Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Security experience recommended
Responsibilities
- Help make find and maintain staffing levels
- Ensure guest needs are met and public areas maintained
- Train, cross-train, and re-train (when necessary) overnight desk/auditors.
- Help Motivate and Empower all overnight staff
- Cover shifts when needed
- Any other duties the Director of Housekeeping assigns
