As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You will be responsible for various tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
• Ensure the team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety and internal communication.
• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Train and manage crew members.
